Shopping Information
When can I expect my order?
At Technolugia we offer delivery between 4-7 working days dependent on location.
Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to courier delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Technolugia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Can I amend my order?
You can amend your order within 5 hours of placing it. Just go to the contact section and contact us and we'll do our best to amend the order. This also applies for pre-order products.
What happens if I'm not at home when the order is delivered?
The order will be at the courier warehouse, Courier will call for the confirmation, and then it will be re-attempted. Order will be re-attempted twice and if not collected, order will be returned back to shipper
Can I cancel my order?
If you contact the customer service team within 5 hours of placing your order it may be possible to cancel your order. Please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
We do not allow stacked discounts except in special cases that will be labelled but we always recommend choosing the best possible discount. You can always save any other discount code you may have for a future order before the expiration date.
How soon will my order ship?
We typically fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days, Any orders placed after Friday business hours or during the weekend will ship out the following Monday.
Please note there is a 24-hour delay from the time your order ships to the time the tracking details are emailed to you.

Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from COD, VISA, MasterCard and Discount Coupons, if applicable, as well as payment from other online Banking Apps.
Why was my Credit Card Decline ?
Your card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:
The card may be expired: check that your card is not past its expiry date.
You may have reached the card limit: check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the limit amount for purchases.
You may have entered something incorrectly: check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of payment failure, please verify if the payment information you have entered is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally reimbursed to your bank account within 7 business days. Please contact your bank for any further inquiries regarding payment failure. Will the amount be refunded if I cancel or return my order?
You will be offered a coupon voucher against your order value if you cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, given that the order hasn’t been dispatched. However, in cases where the ordered items are unavailable we will offer a refund which can take up to 15 working days to process as per bank policy.
Order Returns
How do I return or exchange my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only. We are not able to provide an exchange or refund on any of our products that have been personalised or on any sale or markdown products.
If you would like to exchange an item/s (not including items that have been personalised) please contact us with your order number, the item you would like to exchange and the item you would like to replace it with. Once we have received your request, we will email you with all the information needed to complete your exchange or return.
Please note that all extra postage costs incurred exchanging or returning an item are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately. If you are returning a product for a refund your initial shipping fee cannot be refunded.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Any return that does not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We strongly recommend when returning items back to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Exchanges received outside 14 days will not be accepted. For all exchanges, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes that are incurred in the return of a product cannot be refunded.
What if my item is faulty?
At Technolugia we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. The return of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you
Faulty goods must be returned to us within 6 days of being received by you. Upon the return being received, we will issue your refund as well as the postage of returning the items.
We strongly recommend when returning items you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us with your order number, the item you received and what you originally ordered. Once we have received your request, we will provide you information on how to place a return.
What Should I Do if The Return Amount is Incorrect?
Contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible. Technolugia reserves the right to refuse returns requested or sent outside the set deadline, or for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
